Refund policy



We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@lovelyhomeflo.com We will begin the process of your return which will take 3-5 business days. 

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Mechandise that is authorized to be returned and that is not defective or damaged will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the return shipping/freight. 

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot accept returns for on sale item(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Upon delivery please inspect the package or contents with the delivery driver present (if available). Notify your carrier immediately to report any damage. 

Freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt. Failure to notate such damage will result in your loss. Releasing the delivery driver and signing delivery receipt "Subject to Inspection", may result in your loss.

If a loss or damage does occur, save the packing material and notify us immediately for shortage or damage. We will not be liable for damages reported after three business days post-delivery. 

If the reuten is due to an order being damaged, defective, or incorrect, then we will arrange for prepaid return at our expense and issue refund shortly after it is received back in the warehouse. 

Photographs will be required to validate a damage claim. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please notify us immediately. We cannot guarantee that orders placed on our website will be able to be cancelled before the order ships. So, please carefully review your order before submitting to prevent need for cancellation.

To cancel an order that has already shipped out, please refuse delivery, and we will issue refund minus any applicable return shipping fees shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse. Please note that while we do offer free shipping, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost incurred on orders that are cancelled after they have shipped out.
